Joe Pasquale is a British comedian
from Grays, Essex, most famous for his high-pitched
voice (which he insists is genuine) and use of visual
gags.
He found fame when he came second in the 1987 New
Faces competition.
Pasquale had his own television show in 1999 entitled
The Crazy World of Joe Pasquale. On 6 December 2004
he won the fourth series of the UK television show
I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!, during which
he became particularly famous for using the slang term "Jacobs" for
testicles.
Pasquale entertains at theatres around the country
in his own show, and can often be seen in pantomimes.
On 19 February 2005, ITV1 broadcast An Audience with
Joe Pasquale, containing some routines from his stage
show — culminating in the Edward Scissorhands
inspired snow sequence.
Pasquale has revealed his heartache after his 16-year
old stepson was killed in a road accident, after joyriding
in Ockendon, Essex.
He is a creative director of Creative Results, run
