Three guys, named Barry, Larry and Garry shared a house. One day Garry ran himself a bath. He got undressed and stepped in. As he put one foot in he got confused as to whether he was getting in or out of the bath.
"Larry," he shouted, " am I getting in or out of the bath?"
"Hang on," said Larry, "I'll come up and see."
So Larry goes upstairs to see. Half way up the stairs he too gets confused and can't decide whether he is going up or down the stairs.
"Garry, am I going up or down the stairs?"
"I don't know Larry, am I getting in or out of the bath?"
"Not sure Garry, lets ask Barry," says Larry.
Barry is in the kitchen reading the paper.
"Barry, its Garry, am I getting in or out of the bath?!"
"Barry, its Larry, am I going up or down down the stairs?!"
"You know," says Barry, "you two are as thick as......" and proceeds to rap his fist on the kitchen table.
Quickly Barry jumps up out of the chair, "Was that the front door or the back door?!"
