Whinny weird comedian from way back when	Can't Post

I think this is the right forum for a question so here goes....

Who was the comedian who did all that weird psycho stuff about taboo subjects like incest, sado-machsocism (or however you spell it) and stuff like that? He had a bit of a whinny voice and he's been on tv but not since the late eighties, as far as I can remember.

Possibly American or Canadian?

Any ideas anyone?
