This law is a restriction of everything american, the right to look like assholes and not have to care has been one of the foundations of this fair country. this bill was passed after our old age pensioners, after watching to many old western movies took to the streets in mass numbers wearing noting but ponchos and distressing the drivers in rush hour by leaping into the road forcing them to stop, breaking into the just stopped car and shooting the driver with a water pistol
