The opening of Mark Watson's new show - All the Thoughts I've Had Since I was Born, is original to say the least. As the audience starts to settle down and take their coats off, a man lurking at the back of the theatre suddenly starts babbling to us like a deranged elderly relative. As he introduces himself and explains that he dislikes the usual grand entrances it becomes apparent that this is indeed the comedian himself...
