In my office, someone orders the food from one place. It used to be simple. It got a bit weird recently... (names changed). I guess I'll die of starvation shortly.
Here comes updated algorithm approved by Susan:
Each day the first person that sends to "email at company dot com" a suggestion of a company to order from wins Till 12:00 everyone interested sends Susan his/her order and at the same time leaves money for it in the money box which is in the kitchen upstairs. But please remember to leave there a little bit more so that we can all pay for transport. At 12:00 sharp Susan calls the company and orders the food. After ordering Susan sends us info with who ordered and what… just how she has done it . This can be helpful in case there are any discrepancies in the delivered food or left money (I hope not!). To make it easy and with more info we could send Susan our orders in the format: Alan Smith - Hawaiian Pizza (8,4) + Large Coke(2,0) = 10,4
