Baxter is a fluffy English Angora Rabbit who lives with a married couple, Jeff and Brenda. He is extremely cute and cuddly, and loves everything and everyone. He is very naïve and innocent and often falls into good fortune. This good fortune is a source of frustration for Jeff, who works hard but never seems to get ahead. Although Baxter often gets into tight situations, he usually walks away unscathed. Baxter has a side-kick friend, a chipmunk named Chatter and a kitty who lives across the street named Evil Kitty.
