Monty Python Challenge Can't Post

OK, Monty Python fans, answer these if you can...

1) Which Monty Python film had the tag line, "Makes Ben Hur look like an Epic"?
2) Which member of The Beatles was such a fan of "Monty Python's Flying Circus" that he actually appeared in a sketch, playing himself in a chat show?
3) The 1996 animated film, "The Wind in the Willows", featured voices of three of the Pythons, but which one played Toad?
4) Which Python played "Dr. Vosknocker" in the South Park Movie?
5) Which Python film was originally banned in Ireland for blasphemy?
6) Which Python went on to latter write the TV Series, "Rutland Weekend Television"?
7) We are now... no longer the Knights Who Say 'Ni'. We are now the Knights Who Say... What?
8) The song, "Every Sperm is Sacred" comes from which Monty Python Film?
9) Which Python wrote the screenplay for the cult classic film "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas"?
and finally...
10) Which two pythons collaborated to write "Ripping Yarns"?

That should be a bit tougher than the Jim Carrey Challenge! Tongue

Between you both, you've answered all the questions correctly, so which one was wrong? Shocked

It's worth the effort because the prize for this competition is the chance to visit your local furniture showroom and look at the tables for as long as you like*

Cheers,

Damn, I missed this. I ADORE Python! Although I would have guessed Geroge Harrison as he was their biggest fan.

Re: [reclaimname] Palin- Reclaim the Name! [In reply to] Can't Post

On the eve of the US election, ardent Monty Python fans came out to show their support for the world’s best Palin….Michael, not Sarah!

To celebrate the national treasure that is Michael Palin (and the fact that the hilarious Monty Python’s Flying Circus TV show is just out as a new DVD box set), Singing Lumberjacks, Spanish Inquisitors, Mounties, Silly Walkers and Holy Grail Knights took to the streets to support Michael.

The demo marched through Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus and on to the US embassy (pictured), picking up supporters along the way.

The ‘There’s Only One Palin’ protest reminded everyone of the importance of picking the right Palin today!
