A lady getting up in age was looking in the mirror one day and was upset by all her wrinkles. She went to see her doctor and explained how unhappy she was about her looks and told him she wanted a face lift. The doctor told her about a new procedure how they could insert a screw under her hairline and all she had to do was turn this screw and it would pull her skin a bit tighter. The lady was so excited about this that she agreed instantly.
About 4 weeks after the procedure, she went back to her doctor and was very, very mad. She said "Dr. I am really not please about this procedure. It didn't work, look at these bags under my eyes. The doctor looked and said to the lady "Lady, those aren't bags, those are your tits and if you don't leave that fuckin screw alone, you'll soon have a gotee!"
