A police officer is working the beat when suddenly a vehicle in front of him slams on their brakes. The cop didn't have time to stop and rear-ended the vehicle smashing up the bumper. As if it can't get any worse, a midget steps out of the vehicle with a disappointed look on his face. The cop gets out and walks up to the midget who has his arms crossed. The midget looks up to the towering police officer and says, "I am not happy!" The police officer immediately responds with, "Well then, which one are you?"
