nick comes from Abbott and Costello's movie names from the naughtie Nineties film, Desxtur Broadhurst and Sebastion Dinwitty as they did the Whos on first routine in it.
I learned it with a friend and did it in a talent show in High School. Brought down the house with it.... 8-D
